Can I lose weight with a combination of kettlebell and dumbbell exercises along with push-ups and sit-ups? I got two 16kg kettlebells at home and two 20lb dumbbells..I’m basically starting from the beginning as a 300 lb er. worked out hard last night…working out is getting fun to me because I can then feel my strength/endurance increasing. Been working for about a week
You are a FATMAN...aint no way in SAM BLUE HELL you shpuld be using skinny muthafukka excercises to lose weight or equipment.

You are better off looking into Lineman Programming in the gym and act accordingly.

The good thing is about HUGE at 300 plus is that your body is essentially a big ass piece of wood that you can sculpt and chisel out to what you want. Plus this process will build courage, strength, mental toughness and will you learn so much about your body and how food can assist you or destroy.

Its not easy to be a fat ass amd lose weight. You just gotta want that shyt. For me it was for a career change and ofcourse women. Plus I wanted nice clothes. Once I discovered a diet that lets me be a fat boyand also drop weight the shyt was easy. Plus I played ball in HS so the gym wasnt foreign to me. If you need advice hit me up. I got you. Down to a workout plan too.

I started back after being hurt and covid 288 to 260 at 5ft 9.5in and Im in 36 jeans and XL tshirt.

Was told today by 4 people Im slimming up and getting swole. Ketogenic diet is amazing.

It was good to do some lifting this week..light lifting as I just shook this latest bout of tendinitis lol but not going to go too crazy..gotta ease this body back into it

Plantar fasciitis and Achilles tendinitis in both feet :damn:
