Meanwhile, 180° away in #NewMaxCity, I'm learning to squat just below parallel and not bottom out each single. :mjcry: (:dame:)

Interesting you bring this up. I've been working on keeping myself parallel cause I've noticed if I bottom out and go deep I let myself be "loose" in that hole and almost rely on my joints and ligaments to hold me up. I lose the tightness I should be maintaining. Just a personal observation on my SL5x5 journey.....so many little intricacies....

I'm actually talking about cutting my ROM on singles to just below parallel. :ld:


You don't get extra points for going lower than parallel on the platform so I midas well keep it legal while also going up in weight. :yeshrug:
Bruh I had to tell some clown today about that

1 I do pause reps(3 count)
2 I'm 6'6 265 with metal in my leg from a gun shot I'm going parallel at least I'm not cheating :pacspit:
