If you dedicated enough you just fart and keep on getting repsCan't front this is my paranoia as I'm upping the weight. Im steady thinking what's gonna happen when I stall mid rep?....... Been thinking Im gonna roll back on my heels amd have the side bars in the rack catch the bar n weight...
I may also have to start practicing low bar..... just to be versatile... .
