1st Round Playoff Exits
Hit a pr last week but didn’t listen to my body and rest the next day, so I overtrained.

Starting back tomorrow feel fully healed.

That overtraining feeling is the worst. Muscles feel like they’re flexing 24/7.

Oh yeah and cleared 225 on barbell rows for 6 reps :wow:

Totally worth it :whew:

??? I don’t have the metabolism to have a constant 6 pack after 4K consumed at McDonald’s


I’m actually prolly gonna either get a super defined 6pack or 8pack for my January 2023 progress photo. I’m 185ish right now but even at 165lb people thought I was 190ish

Idno what @Serious did but You could eat 400g protein and still wouldn’t be able to recover if you hitting 2 hour lifting sessions and another 2 hours of cardio for multiple days in a row
I do 3hr lifting sessions and I be damned if my crippled ass gon hobble to a stairmaster or treadmill...if yall dont get that skinny folk excercies up outta here....

Real men run gassers and hills :ufdup:
