Had an okay leg day today
two hours
Started out with racquetball to warm up instead of my normal stretching as it was quite busy today
Leg extension (pause sets only)
Hip abductor machine
Hip adduction machine
Leg curls (pause sets only)
Ain’t really push it on back squats even tho it was my goal to try for a 1rep max. The power cage is slightly uneven
. At first I thought I was bugging but everything from the floor up was slightly lower on the rightside
Next leg day(Thursday) I’ll be back at my normal gym so I’ll go for it then
