I feel I need another day of lifting, 2x upper 2x lower is cool but I think having 3x upper and 2x lower on a rotating schedule would be better.

The disrespect REST gets in lifting circles... :scust:

Rest is deff needed but I wasn’t doing any heavy legs cause my lower back was strained/hurt. But I’m back, squat at about 95% of my regular levels today.

For periods in college I would lift about 5x a week so I think that’ll be good.

Run a plan for 8-10 weeks, deload for a week, rest for another week. Rinse and repeat.
