I feel I need another day of lifting, 2x upper 2x lower is cool but I think having 3x upper and 2x lower on a rotating schedule would be better.
:whoa: :whoa: pace yourself. Make that extra day electable. I’m doing 4-5 days a week now. But that 5th session is an elective.

These people don’t know.

Most of the “real” gains come from off days. Unless you’re in the 1% of gifted genetics.

It’s people I see at the gym every time I go trying their hardest to put on size and they just can’t, because they don’t know how to workout.

Still #REPCITY ova here, still putting up numbers
Saturday workouts are dope. Less people in the morning. No rush to lift. I just can’t always get out of bed early or justify going later in the day, due to parking.

But otherwise it’s so peaceful having the gym be pretty empty.

Went this morning had a decent workout. Nothing special 3 plates squat and deadlifts, pull-ups and dips for 5 sets until Failure

Soccer today was amazing. Leg day prior to soccer is always the best. I'm like 99% recovered now.

Yea I'm gonna work my way up to that 5th day. Prob do it Sep, Oct and Nov then take it easy.
