Wasn't asking in a friendly way. I wanted to see how long that no carb scthick gonna last until he hits that inevitable wall and the realization of why carbs are essential is revealed.. .. neglect whole food groups at your own peril brehs....... :mjgrin:

Please also realize that a lot of these folks don't lift, ain't tryna be big and strong, and may have very :flabbynsick: metabolisms.


Was talking to lil creh at work who ain't even 150 in his early 30s.

2 days later with 16 hours of sleep I'm feeling 30% better thank the most high. :whew:

All ive been doing was Close grip Incline Press and abs.


With those 2 days of thinking I came up with a new weightlifting group :sas1:

Its sort of Intertwined with #REPCITY

Time under tension fukk maxing out every workout, 60-85% 1rm slightly higher reps even 20 rep sets at 60% 1rm.

Taking all entrees but you must be about that life :blessed:

Woke up at 5AM and couldn't go back to sleep. Laid around and watched TV then left at 10AM and ran 2.5 miles around a nearby park that I usually go to.

I figured I was going to come out lethargic, however, energy was on high tier levels and I felt light on my feet. . Been #nobread and #nobeer for 6 days. I'd like to believe that plays a part.
You know how many reps you deprived yourself of :ufdup:

Once I hit 225 or 325 10x10 imma reconfigure my workout program
