Maybe should alternate weeks between back and front squat.

Definitely stretch the night before. That’s I used to do.

You almost have to prep like an athlete when you’re initially starting squats regularly.

But after a while your body gets used to it.

From the sounds of it, even though have been squatting and deadlifting in the past few months, you’re body still isn’t really used to it.
not quite that. Back in college I herniated my lower spine playing soccer. I legit walked back to my dorm hunched over like Quasimodo.

Went to the docs and they gave me some heavy steroids to ease the pain and quell the inflammation. Also did an MRI and confirmed the discs in the lower back had some degeneration. Ever since then, I'll randomly get a "flair up" like once a year for like a week or so. Flair-ups usually come if I sleep very oddly and my weight is improperly distributed my spine, that or serious bloating can mess me up.

Outside of that, I'm perfectly fine and don't really have any issues. Only thing is I gotta strengthen the core to keep everything tight there.

Yea this lower back thing just messed up my whole routine this week. Legit could not squat or DL. Even the hack squat and leg press were iffy. Freaking herniated discs man :francis:

Gonna be all upper body this week. I should at least be able to play soccer though…we’ll see

At least the pain is subsiding. Next week I should be 100. Even taking a walk this Monday had me walking like a 95-yr old man

Unless you trying to mimic the amount of movement Juan Roman Riquelme did in a match I see no way how you think you're gonna be able to play footy with all the dynamism needed to perform.... :eldiego:

Glycogen stores from the pasta and cookies.... soft tings......... As I eat my pasta right now for 2mrws sesh... :ahh:

Ain't no way, I know for big facts them shyts were already depleted from the squat session last night. Didn't leave the Yym (PRON Yim) til almost midnight and only got like 2 hours of sleep.
