Finally reached the milestone of being able to bench press over 100lbs (110 to be exact).:blessed: :pachaha:

I still gotta improve my technique and sometimes I have troubles gripping the bar but other than that I’m on my way up. I should’ve entered this thread a long time ago. I’ll most def start keeping notes.

I’ma black man :birdman: but ima let you get your jokes off.:obama: For awhile I was doing other exercises to build my chest…I been in the gym consistently for a good 7 months now. I been underweight for most of my life but I managed to get up in the 160’s and been packing on muscle (I’m only 5’8). The bench press was intimidating at first but once I started getting more comfortable with it, I gained more confidence and now I’m benching 110lbs :blessed:

We all gotta start somewhere.

Please tell me you're like 16.


Also if you're intimated by benching, I already know you aint OHP or squatting ATG.

I’m almost back fully though

Quad DOMS pretty notable but everything else moving smoothly

Would u running a wendler program do you count facepulls/ rear delt work for you pull assistance or not?

No. I don’t count calves or forearms in there either. I also don’t do single leg hamstring work.

The templates only give you room for 2-3 exercises max per category, but unless you have to scrub another exercise to fit within the rep cap, it won’t matter much. :patrice:

Should’ve been marketing your brand. That powderboyz and butch made names are catchy af, and you know your formulas. You’ve seen what happened to Mollywatr.

On another note, a breh is shredded. Haven’t hit weights other than for torso twists (name I gave this movement). Just lots of chin ups, push ups, ab work, swimming, and jump rope.
