There's no way for me to provide real-time feedback (you finna livestream the WoDs? :dwillhuh: ), I have zero faith in you as a trainee that you'd even do the workouts, and absolutely no incentive to do so, especially with all of the free programs that are online.
(I haven't made programs for anyone else on here either, but you wouldn't be the first. #PBZ)


As far as I know, you're still not getting in. Post up some receipts (ASVABs, your contract from MEPs, job list, etc.) that show you're actually on your way and then we'll see.

It's also quite pointless for you to worry about being "in better shape than everyone else when I get to BMT" for multiple reasons:
1) you won't be. Some of those folks are half your age and have still been exercising more than you have in your entire life.
Good luck being in better shape than D2 and D3 collegiate athletes, HS state champs that just graduated, etc.
2) your MTIs won't care, and unless you're squared away for everything else, it won't matter. As long as you're not failing, PT doesn't impress them.
3) Warhawk and all them PT awards from Basic don't mean shyt as soon as you get on the bus for tech school.


Assuming you do: get off your meds/get a waiver, take your ASVAB, pass your physical, go into the DEP, get a job, get a ship date, swear your oath, and make it BMT without your plane crashing, just worry about not fukking up and graduating on time.

I might hit the 900 club in the next month and some change, just need to get my bench and squat up.

I’m sure very soon my lifts are gonna start stalling on this cut. I also think this will also be the last time I run Lyle McDonald’s plan once I finish end of August.

@Son Goku you got another plan rec? Possibly an intermediate plan focused on compound lifts:feedme:

For September - December I’ll need to find a new lifting plan. Will still keep at least 1 soccer game on Saturday. May also toss in the occasional hike.
