Glad I gave myself a lot of runway with the weights I started with for SL 5x5...... :whew:, this squatting 3 times a week is gonna be interesting. Even thoigh the weight is light right now I could already begin to feel at cumulative fatigue build up. Defnitely needed to acclimatize myself to the rigour of the routine.

These lighter weights have allowed me to work on my stance. Turns out I was too narrow. Did a little wider stance today and it was all quad firing no more unecessary knee tension. Loving that burn..:blessed:...guess it also means I'm wider than I thougjt I was.. . big boy coming through make way... :myman:
