I wish I could get some uncut 1.3 just to have for nightlife. It is the greatest thing ever created.

Lost 20 lbs since last November. Still got a ways to go, but my muscles are coming in.

A fleeting childhood
What did they say the knee issue was? Is it structural? or inflammed ligamemts?
Inflamed ligaments/tendons I’m assuming patella tendon which makes sense considering what my work out routine was prior to the pain :manny:
Looks like he's avoiding IR and prolonged periods of making gains he's already had..

I read this over the weekend. Maybe it might help with regards to rehab.

Great workout today. Idk if I’m going too heavy but I need to ensure I don’t lean forward when coming up from a back squats. Last couple of reps could feel my form break a bit.

Might also be that my stabilizing muscles still need some strengthening.

Also, gyms with 35lbs bars instead of 45lbs just need to stop. Making things extra confusing.

Also, front squat vs back squat, which is better (if at all)? Is it more so a diff of muscles activated?

Front squat and high-bar squats are more quad-intensive while low-bar squats utilize the whole posterior chain more.

Because the front and high-bar use the PC less, there'll be less weight moved and less overall muscle activation. Low-Bar will have higher weight potential but also tax the CNS more. Some people also find it extremely uncomfortable.

Neither is necessarily "better". Oly athletes are better off using front/high. PLers are better off focusing on low. BBers are better off using whichever will boost their aesthetics the most (probably front/high). Sport athletes can probably use either.

I don't know I even bother asking you anything :pachaha:

Whipped up 3 weeks of Butchmade® last night after I got back from the gym. :umad:

Took a separate batch before I went and was on one. Ended up mean-mugging the powerlifting PAWG who smiled at me after her front squats. :birdman: :snoop:
