Decided to blow up my current squat form. Everything from the hand placement to the ascent felt off


Started 10x10 on back squats today. By rep 70, I was feeling like I was on the right track. I’m also exhausted and on the verge of puking

back squat
stretching
Hip mobility drills

Second leg day is stretching
Foam rolling
SLDL/leg curl



10x10 at 95lbs today
Next Monday is 10x10 at 100lbs
