And I'm pretty sure I covered lunges (muscle group) in one of my workouts

Decided to blow up my current squat form. Everything from the hand placement to the ascent felt off


Started 10x10 on back squats today. By rep 70, I was feeling like I was on the right track. I’m also exhausted and on the verge of puking
