LA fitness expo was last week otherwise I would have accepted the challenge. I’m currently training my nephew for college football so all my lifts are up.

2 still neglecting farmers carry and wonder why your grip strenf is failing you on lifts

Creh at work was talmbout he can't workout in a gym, it might be folks looking at his weak-ass lifts.

This new gym has at least 6 racks, 4 plats, 3 flat benches, and most motherfukkers don't eem lift anyways. :ahh:

Just realized I was powerlifting my last 2-4 years of working out. Basically using explosiveness, technique and momentum to lift more weights. That made me strong but the muscle gains weren't as dynamic as they could have been.

A lot of brehs in the gym (when I was 174) would look at me like I was stronger then I looked when I was on the bench. I need to stay focused on bodybuilding style training


Heavy sets are calling me brehs :wow: I need to stick to high volume.


I will say powerlifting is easier then bodybuilding.

2 X 3 or 5 X 5 powerlifting training

vs

3 X 12 or till failure/drop sets/supersets bodybuilding training
