What’s y’all leg days look like. I’m looking to add something new for the next three weeks.

I usually
deadlift
squat two different Types
power press
calf raises
stair master
I personally don’t deadlift anymore

Front squat
SLDL
walking lunges
Leg ext
Leg curl
Calf raise
Hip adduction machine
Hip abduction machine

deadlift

power press
calf raises

No type of leg curl? :dahell: (Hamstring work is only complete when both you dead and curl).

Leg press or leg extension.

Adductor and Abductor machine work (so your knees are always tracking properly during your squats).

Not sure exactly what you're calling a power press; I prolly know it by another name.

I meant leg press we used to call it power press in high school.

I do all these except the adduction and abduction. But I do DL and my squats are back squats.

But I’m running a specific program and not going to modify it until I’m done running it this time around:hubie:

I would think your hip mobility is leagues above mines considering you’re an avid soccer player

Right shoulder feeling a lil funny, idk if it’s from overwork as my right side is my dominant side.

Trying to get better about making the mind/body connection with my left side when benching etc.

I think when I get a new plan with some DB work it might help get my left side’s strength up.
