But if you not farmer carrying ain't no need :beli:

I did squats and deadlifts on the same day in the past. The next day afterwards I’d be straight exhausted. And most deff squatting makes DLs easier. I’m just trying not to snap anything or wear myself out. Plenty of ways to reconfigure my plan moving forward.
I also squat and deadlift in the same day..the only downside of doing that is it makes it hard for me to do my 2-3 mile runs the next day due to taxing my lower body :bryan:

Since I got back from Texas on Monday last week and getting my "Whataburger" on, I've been alternating going to the gym and running every day

Running
Gym
Running, etc

Ab work every single day.

No real sweets and no fried foods

I've already burned off that "Ice Cube upper body, shoulder area fat"
