Most hoes barely care about how much you lift, and they damn sure don't care how many sets of pull-ups you can do. If the thing that matters most is aesthetics, lifting still wins over calis.
Imagine doing a workout that takes 4 hours and having less to show for it than a W/O that could take you less than half the time.

Calisthenics is fitness dumbass. I might not lift weights for my upper body. But I do workout regularly using my bodyweight as resistance. Pullups, pushups, and dips are where its at.
