I had a big ass steak and fried ice cream all that was about 1800 calories with the sides . I was full as fukk and still three hours later went to the gym and burned most off it off with cardio .

4000 calories minimum. That's two meals day. :youngsabo:

But for real, she prolly needs to be eating 300 calories over her BMR for starters and go up slightly from there if it's not enough.

I take a progress photo every 6 months or so. Helps me see actual changes in my physique


I also have a photo I took 10 years ago for my 10 year anniversary of lifting photo (coming to a random gym thoughts thread near you January 2023)
