Even tho I miss having a work out buddy It's easier to stay accountable now that I work out By myself. If I need a spot just ask a nikka in the gym. Plus I'm doing mostly free weight with dumb bells. Plus my coli gym brehs keep a nikka motivated.

What's the best method to get my bench numbers up? Chest is by far my weakest day in the gym. I usually hit DB press, flat bench and incline, anything else that's a must to add in?

Weighted dips and flys. Not necessary, but I personally like to add different variations of pushups:manny:

What's the best method to get my bench numbers up? Chest is by far my weakest day in the gym. I usually hit DB press, flat bench and incline, anything else that's a must to add in?
Time and microloading. If you bench barbell, go up by 2.5 lbs on each side when you can do the number of reps you want on all sets, instead of 5lbs on each side.
