Yo what's the strongest pre work out available price/ value

I been at the gym non stop last 3 weeks trying to get all my muscle memory back as well as rehabbing my left wrist.

I was out the game for 6 months cuz of a wrist injury at work, had to get a cortisone shot, but I'm back at the gym, 45lbs heavier tho :flabbynsick:

I need to get back to my 315 bench and 405 squat, I need some straight crack powder to take to get my strength back through instense work outs

That's not to say your ish won't work or work well but Junior is a proven program, as is it's big brother for squats. :lawd:

I guarantee I can go to the smith machine, and within a couple workouts hit 4 plates on the bytch machine FOR REPS, but I guarantee, within a week you can't hit anywhere near 3 plates on bench.

You're literally trying compare apples and oranges.
