Down 7lbs from 231 :ehh: . Aiming for another 15lbs. I really hate how I gain weight. It all goes to my stomach. Even though I am tall, any fat gain goes to my stomach lol.
You’re not as in shape as you make it sound, because 6’5 231 shouldn’t be “overweight” or flabby.

For reference I’m 5’10 218 and barely need to lose any weight.

Depends. A lot of masochists combine cycles of Junior for bench with full Smolov for squats.

Ask yourself how much pain you want to endure :demonic: and how much your other lifts would detrain in over 3 months. :mjcry:
