Depends on where you're at.@The Butcher was right. Most folks just need to focus on lifting and a bit of cardio. I think Ima run back another session of Lyle McDonald's plan till the end of June. Been liking the setup so far.

At my stage, lifting heavy isnt enough.
I need a moderate dosage of cardio. I'm also more sedentary than most because I WFH.
I feel like if I commuted to work, I'd get in that regular dosage of cardio.

Average gym goer going out they way to skew what is possible for the average human being. Struggling repping 165 so when they see someone leaner than them putting up 225 they think he not nattyTook a while but I can finally bench 225, for 10 reps.
It’s crazy because when I look around my gym most people are barely putting up 25’s.
