LA fitness expo was last week otherwise I would have accepted the challenge. I’m currently training my nephew for college football so all my lifts are up.It's pointless to argue this when you've posted here you don't post receipts anymore.

I've come to terms with not pushing too hard, even though I know I can. It ain't worth it to suffer an injury and not be able to work at all.Gotdamn elbows are starting to flare up..everytime I start getting into a groove, tendinitis comes in smh
