Started benching more six months ago. I struggle for years because it never occurred to my dumbass that I neglected shoulders.



Started working on them the past months and now im at 150 on the bench and my shoulders feel alot better.

Why would I be mad that my metabolism allows me to eat more that two meals and still lose weight unintentionally? :mjlol: You're talking to a muhfukka that has to eat fast food just to maintain weight. :umad:
