I've emerged from the academic trenches my gym brethren....... ........ but now completely lost, feeble, and disoriented in the Whey...... .
Was on some running 1 meal a day while in the grind..... day before my final exam had to do 30hrs str8....... don't ask me how... ... cause I wasn't eatting shyt and was blasting through the final project I was working on...... was.... last 2 days.... now gotta learn how to grip this iron again....

Up I guess I should and I do backwork twice a week I do two types of rowes and lat pull down, and pull-ups but I honestly be winging it in the gym

But then I saw footage of that fatass Zion Williamson dunking during warmups. He's been sitting on his ass and blowing up like a balloon.
I said "I'm not going out like that", and got up and went to the gym.
