Full body today. Had to get in an additional rest day cause of that lower back. Luckily everything is 100% now.
where the hell did Fitbit find 7K extra steps. I told it that it’s on my dominant hand but damn that’s a lot.
Last time I did the full body I was perfectly fine.
It’s crazy how just sleeping on your stomach can re-aggravate old injuries. Prior to this Monday I was as froggy as they come.
It feels good to be working out again. I feel like I don't really know what I'm doing in the gym but its still cool to just be in that space of drive and motivation to better yourself. Me and a couple brehs been going and I know im going to do my thing even if they cancel. Stretching more and doing yoga as well. Life is good
Nah, keeping the U/L split but on days I miss either U or L I like to combine the next day. The Lyle Plan is to ensure I’m hitting both U and L at least 2x a week. Ideally trying to do that still by doing the full body. It’s not ideal hence me not trying to miss a day to begin with.
