lGotta work on foot position in the squat. Pushed too much through the balls of the foot and all the activation was in the inner quads.

How are your feet positioned? Your knees track wherever your toes go, so your toes need to point out and low-key shouldn't be facing straight ahead.

Toes forward works for some folks, but the vast majority of big squatters I've met go angle out.

Pretty sure an Offical Coli Workout plan would have you bushing weights, skipping whole gym sessions, and revolve around calisthenics while you tell ducktales about your lifts on here or create a thread celebrating your poverty lifts of peace.

Seeing this pic rings a bell cause last time I squatted toes were pointing more outwards, felt more comfortsble, and felt like it was the muscles doing the work not the knees doing the pushing..... gonna focus on it on front squats on next leg day this week

Garmin watches are funny..

The 235 watch was roughly 20-25% off as far as calories..

This newer one I got to add the total calories+active to get the proper results..
Garmin watch said I got 1400 calories left to consume to hit my calorie goal (2200) .

I don’t log my workouts in the app because it give you 500 calories for every hour you weight lift so I might be closer to 1600 calories left :mjgrin:

Bout to head to sleep tho. I’ve consumed 1900 for the day

But y’all be careful out there. Saw this chick drop the barbell on her squats today while re-racking. The bar sliced her skull when she dropped the barbell.

Ole girl was leaking real bad. But she’s good though.

And Do you shower at the gym? I’ve thought about working out before work, but then I might have to go bed on time / early.

But also start your punk-ass "friend" off with some C4 Original in Watermelon flavor.

It's a low dose of caffeine (150 millies), and underdosed serving of beta alanine, which is what causes the paresthesia (pins and needles feeling) that so many people report. No citrulline though.
