That morning gym session before work remains undefeated. Get to the office energized and ready for that free breakfast (NY strip and eggs today :wow:)

But y’all be careful out there. Saw this chick drop the barbell on her squats today while re-racking. The bar sliced her skull when she dropped the barbell.

Ole girl was leaking real bad. But she’s good though.

I thought I might switch back to mornings once summer pulls through but now I’m so sure.

It’s more PAWGs in the afternoon and the building is not crowded like that, and most people don’t go near a rack.

My gym finally moved to full 24hrs so I’ll be switching to 5am workouts. Just need to get a rack for my bike so I can take a change of clothes to the office then shower and change. Office also opened up the Mon-Thu lockers as well so everything looks well set up.

I don't know about this PHUL plan I'm running yo...... today's training didn't feel all that demanding and it was a strength day in the routine...... maybe still gotta calibrate my lifting weights. Should I be treating the accessory lifts with the same rep amounts and weight as the primary lifts? i.e: heavy weight - less reps? cause i did that and ain't feel much work getting done......maybe more focus on full range and full stretch in the muscle..... :yeshrug:

Upper Power you shouldn’t be over 10 reps. Lower Power shouldn’t be over 10 except on leg press. Upper Power accessories should be in the 6-10 rep range.

If the workout felt easy you either need to up the weights for next time and/or you were just on point today.

You should always be focused on using a full range of motion; the stretching thing is kinda pointless for PHUL, leave it for the BBers.

When I first started my lifting journey my OGG cousin put me on PWO pills. I finished the bottle then went back to the scoop.
:unimpressed:

A fleeting childhood
Stomach nearly caused a riot this morning. Had a bagel with cream cheese and #POWDA

Got to work in a daze and my stomach was acting like I ain’t ate since last week.

knocked down an egg sandwich , French almond crossaint. Got another one waiting for me. Enjoying Korean chicken and beef with a side of rice


Typing it out make it seem like it’s not a lot but I’m super full


Not too sure about cardio later :hubie:


Currently I’m at 850mg of caffeine for the day.

I was thinking about breaking out the vest for the 15 rounds when I first drove over there this morning. In my better judgement I left that shyt in the car lol.
