I thought I might switch back to mornings once summer pulls through but now I’m so sure.

Stomach nearly caused a riot this morning. Had a bagel with cream cheese and #POWDA

Got to work in a daze and my stomach was acting like I ain’t ate since last week.

knocked down an egg sandwich , French almond crossaint. Got another one waiting for me. Enjoying Korean chicken and beef with a side of rice


Typing it out make it seem like it’s not a lot but I’m super full


Not too sure about cardio later :hubie:


Currently I’m at 850mg of caffeine for the day.

You bulkin G?..... sounds like you are.... even inadvertantly... :umad:

:mjlol: My workouts are always stress free. In a lil-bitty spot like this? I'm the strongest and 2nd most yoked and ain't even started bulking yet.

Not to mention we have a gym at work I don't even use.:francis:

The weights in the afternoon will still be there and I can stay up later since I don't usually go in before 9.

I think I stay with early afternoon sessions and switch it up if I have to.

Garmin just added my calories burnt being active and I got 300 to spare

Garmin watches are funny..

The 235 watch was roughly 20-25% off as far as calories..

This newer one I got to add the total calories+active to get the proper results..

lower body strength day on PHUL was good today. Went into that squat rack wit Trap Back Jumpin' in the headphones ready to bang out some sets... :ooh:......... no #Powda tho...... body ain't ready to get scorched like that yet :whoa:...... gotta build up to those levels........ left the spot wit the legs trembling tho so it was good. :ahh:

Gotta work on foot position in the squat. Pushed too much through the balls of the foot and all the activation was in the inner quads. Need that outer quad work to get these twigs into tree trunks. Lower the weight on the leg curl and get a proper fit on the leg press and we could start boardimg that train to Gainsville.... :lawd:
