3 hour lifting sessionI was the same at my old job. Was working 7-3 or 8-4 usually.
I would wake up at 2, get all my shyt ready, my #Powda and #Powder in me, and start my first warm-up set no later than 3:15.
A three hour total lifting session plus 15 minutes max for cardio would give me 30 minutes to get showered, changed, and head over to work (7 min drive).
