why preprep them with water? put whatever serving amount in a few left over shaker cups every Iron Disciple should have from trips to the supps store.....

I don't know about this PHUL plan I'm running yo...... today's training didn't feel all that demanding and it was a strength day in the routine...... maybe still gotta calibrate my lifting weights. Should I be treating the accessory lifts with the same rep amounts and weight as the primary lifts? i.e: heavy weight - less reps? cause i did that and ain't feel much work getting done......maybe more focus on full range and full stretch in the muscle.....
