I know you're only lifting hoe weights at the most with no food for that long but I salute the resolve to accomplish your goal (which is obviously not heavy lifting).:salute:

one thing about me tho is I’m always going up in weight. Even while I’m fasting I haven’t changed my approach. I’ve been replenishing with electrolytes and ZMA so I’ve been feeling good

not to mention I warm up with Calisthenics and weighted jump rope(with a weight vest and elevation mask) so my workouts are far from bytch made and haven’t been taking it easy on myself even while I’m fasting

I can’t see the images but I’m guessing it’s a home scale that also claims to track BF?

Not saying you are capping but I don’t think losing 3% BF in 65 hours is actually humanely possible.
Yea I have a Renpho scale that I use and honestly they are pretty accurate

had a dexa scan done not too long ago and the results were pretty similar :yeshrug:

it’s obviously not as in depth but still a great tool to measure progress (which is mostly accurate)

not to mention it corresponds with the physical changes that I see in my body within that timeframe

My comment was merely reflecting on improbability (impossibility?) that such a long fast would allow someone to lift heavy weights, which we both know that's not a goal of yours and that's fine. I never said your workouts were bytch-made, just that any lifting wouldn't be heavy.

One reason I'd never fast is because lifting heavy weights is my goal, and you're not putting up big weights at already low body fat levels with no food going on three days. ZMA and electrolytes won't change that.


Heavy weights are heavy weights and are not subjective because mass is not relative. :troll:

I anticipate it going up slightly but not at the drastic levels it reached when I fukked up. I’m going to continue eating at a deficit tho for the next month so I think I will continue to make progress even after I start eating as normal

Ain't nothing:dame: about the adductor/abductor machines, unless a dude is watching another dude do it.


shyt gets hit with the :camby: by dudes all the time, but when brehs have their knees collapse in (or can’t push their knees out) at the bottom of their squat, I just laugh and hit the :ufdup:.
