I know you're only lifting hoe weights at the most with no food for that long but I salute the resolve to accomplish your goal (which is obviously not heavy lifting).
one thing about me tho is I’m always going up in weight. Even while I’m fasting I haven’t changed my approach. I’ve been replenishing with electrolytes and ZMA so I’ve been feeling good
not to mention I warm up with Calisthenics and weighted jump rope(with a weight vest and elevation mask) so my workouts are far from bytch made and haven’t been taking it easy on myself even while I’m fasting
