These women having a similar one rep max to me on lifts starting to get a bit unnerving

I done bulked up too much body fat wise so I gotta wait to make my ascent before it get scary out here

A fleeting childhood
IRL I haven’t seen a woman hitting 2 plate in months but the IG post from last page is a little too close to home. I can juelz it away by mentioning ROM, squat position, I’m injured, she got on a belt but if I was hitting 405 for reps I wouldn’t even bat an eye at it. Back squat really the only exercise that happens because women ain’t close to me on OHP, rows, front squats, etc. not something to hang my hat on tho :hubie:

If mf marathon gang can have them "26.2" stickers, I have no issues with natty BBer gang repping their set. XF, Oly, and PL gangs have their decals/stickers too.

Been fasting for 65 hours(and hitting the gym) and dropped 13 lbs(3% bf) in the process. Feeling great after slipping up a couple days ago

won’t break my fast until 4pm tomorrow

my goal is 10% bf by summer

I know you're only lifting hoe weights at the most with no food for that long but I salute the resolve to accomplish your goal (which is obviously not heavy lifting).:salute:

I can’t see the images but I’m guessing it’s a home scale that also claims to track BF?

Not saying you are capping but I don’t think losing 3% BF in 65 hours is actually humanely possible.
