Some of you dudes be running 1000, 1500 calorie deficits and can't figure out why life on a cut kills you so much. :skip:

My daily deficit is -500 from cutting food. Anything from the exercise is extra...

I'm gonna run Lyle's GBR for the next 6-8 weeks like you suggested and then go from there.

I think I might just leave the programming to the pros :hubie:

Soccer is the one program I know how to run :blessed:

Cut calories, bike to work, lift 5 days a week, and play multiple games of soccer, brehs. :whoa:

went in for bloodwork and everything was fine and the woman said. You need to do cardio for atleast 45 min, you start burning calories after the 30 min mark.
Something so simple and I didn't realize that :ohhh::francis:

Man when I tell you the last 15 min walking incline is straight crack, endorphins making me feel like I can take on the world :wow:

Well those two things aren’t connected. You burn calories sleeping so the notion that you only burn them after 30 minutes of cardio…….

Depending on the person, the experience of runner’s high may occur 30 minutes into exercise or not until an hour after starting. This time frame is likely dependent on how regularly a person runs and their level of endurance.

can't find research on the 45 min one, I can only speed from experience that it "works"
