Not necessarily, just a sign that your back training has been lacking.
I did weighted chins on Wednesday for the first time in a lil minute. I know my lats didn't get bigger from (can't even call it DOMS since I'm not actually sore) but it's a signal that I need to be doing more vertical pulls instead of just deads and rows in my full-body waves.
Edit: The powdered form of C4 has the caffeine equivalent of like1.5 average cups of coffee.
