I did weighted chins on Wednesday for the first time in a lil minute. I know my lats didn't get bigger from (can't even call it DOMS since I'm not actually sore) but it's a signal that I need to be doing more vertical pulls instead of just deads and rows in my full-body waves.

Edit: The powdered form of C4 has the caffeine equivalent of like1.5 average cups of coffee.

If 24 hour fitness ever returns back to regular hours then I’ll officially join #powda gang but until then I’ll just keep maintaining and getting toned up at home.

Specifically '24 hour fitness' or any of them type joints? :jbhmm:

Cause the last 5 different states I've gone to for work all had similar type joints, going all the way back to the beginning. :ld:

I did all machines yesterday.

3-4 sets each exercise. 8-12 reps
Triceps
Leg press
Curls
Incline chest press
Decline chest
Shoulder press

1 set
Chest press
Incline Chest press

I was in pain, so I stopped :pachaha:


I took it 20 mins before I got to the gym.

Pro-tip: Take it closer to the actual start or your workout (like 10-15 mins before your first set) and make sure you go to the bathroom before you leave the house.
