I just witnessed a dude try to flat bench one 45 plate. No other 45 on the other side. His spotter just looking at him. I didn’t say anything, figured they knew what they were doing, maybe some new shyt I wasn’t up on. This dude lifted it and fell sideways off the bench, his dumbass spotter realized he only had one plate on the barbell, then proceeds to put a 25 plate on the other side, smh.

I always tell brehs to start off weak and work your way up.

No sense in taking something that gets you fukked up and takes you out the gym.

Cellcuor C4 is standard. It's strong enough for a noob to feel it but not strong enough to leave you strung up. Not perfect by any means but a good enough start to see if you're #Powda-compatible.

GNC Unbreakable looks to be on the same level.
Tried c4 today. I don’t know if I have the heart for this. This is considered weak powda? :huhldup:

Yes, it is. You had the powdered form or the liquid from the store? (The liquid is more mild since it’s volume is higher, but the drink has an additional 50mg of caffeine.)

But yes, original C4 is weak. Better #Powdas have more caffeine, higher nootropic loads, and more pump support.

Remember, the effects of the #Powda diminish over time. Last time I used C4 I had to scoop and a half or double scoop it on some
