After getting hurt again, and just overall unhealthy lifestyle I have dropped the weight to do 20 reps a set
Continuing to tighten up. Performing ab work every day has increased my progress, along with more strength training. Never messed with machines previously, but my gym has limited free weight options. I’m pleasantly surprised at how effective they are though. Smith machine still gets the side eye from me.
Only have dumbbells, and I freak them every which way I need to.Free weight options are only limited by your imagination.
And the number of plates you have.
@360dagod breh, I’m getting so good with the jump rope, my issue for a while was one hand did more swinging that the other. Watched a few videos and got the form right.

If you do, make the #Powder a strawberry-flavored gainer like Serious Mass (something with at least 1200 calories a serving). Vanilla would be weird and chocolate is a no-go.
You could definitely split that bytch into two and drink one in the morning and one before bed.
