I also remember another session where another dude was pulling the same weight as our female commander. :stopitslime:

Donated blood platelets today

Ended up stopping halfway through because of whole body tingles (they said I was calcium deficient) but they were able to fill an entire vial (possibly two depending on my platelet count) so all was not lost.

and poof like that im gonna spend today and tomorrow resting :ehh:

Since i joined protein gang and intermittent fasting, I don't have to digest as much, despite eating fiber rich foods daily. :dwillhuh:

Also what is your starving fasting cycle?

don’t have to digest every day anymore, just every couple of days and very minimal.

Stop eating at 9pm, start eating 12 or 1pm.


Protein shake at night, helps cut down on all the snacking I used to do.
