It's wild how different folks are. I don't even feel proton shakes unless I'm hitting at least half a serving of gainer (least 625 calories). :ehh:
What’s your shake consist of.

I load mine with powder, yogurt and various fruits.


I’ll do a caloric count tonight, but I imagine it’s around 800 calories

My gainer shake is straight #Powder. Unless I'm making Pink Mist®, which adds:
  • Full serving of #Powder
  • Maltodextrin
  • Frozen banana
  • Frozen strawberries
  • Orange juice
  • Milk
  • Strawberry ice cream
  • Strawberry yogurt
  • Unflavored whey #Powder
and hits for about 2400 calories. :ehh:

My routine is pretty much set up now.

Gym in the morning before work (7min walk from house to Gym). Bike 15-20 mins to work. Shower and change at work then get ready for the day.

Rinse and repeat 4-5x a week and throw in some soccer on Saturday. Gonna be holding this for the next 3-4 months.

Continuing to tighten up. Performing ab work every day has increased my progress, along with more strength training. Never messed with machines previously, but my gym has limited free weight options. I’m pleasantly surprised at how effective they are though. Smith machine still gets the side eye from me.
