Only have dumbbells, and I freak them every which way I need to.

Anyone not using barbells to work out is pour hot jelly on themselves.

Im crushing my goals atm :wow:

set out to loose 5kg a month and been at it since sept. Looks like i’ll make it by summer, lost soo much time being fat and insecure and having low self esteem because of it.

but now seeing the progress:wow:

next month im gonna add creatine and up my weights :blessed:

I tried to finish walking slow on on the threadmill man that was painful had to put the incline down and just walk slow .

5kgs a month?....... how much are you eating?.... don't lose that fast cause you gonna end up with loose skin and that ain't a look that can be fixed easily...

been doing the same training program when I 90kg. After 5 months my body is ready to go heavier :blessed:

the doctor did say it was retarded using the same training program back then when I was 170kg but I was like :comeon::martin:

Can't lie this heartbreak is a cheat code, the hate for her and the drive to make more money and become that nikka again has gone to overdrive

If I had the space I might, but I don’t. Where I go is adequate for my goals at the moment. I know that home setup you have is super convenient.
