I only spend about 3 hours a pop six times a week on average in the gym.
I don’t call the things I do "hobbies" but those things, besides working a full-time job (something you should look into
), including volunteering and doing shyt in supplementary to that job, going out to visit the peoples, washing my cars (both of which were made this decade
), watching sports (live/on TV), playing video games, going to the movies. (I spent a fair amount of time "training" weaklings like yourself before covid.) I also like doing weird things like bowling, reading, etc.
The main benefit of being an old head is that I'm confident enough in who I am and what I do that lil kids like you can't affect that; whatever you say on the matter won't change shyt.
If anything you're worse than I am, since instead of getting in the gym and being about it you spend time plate-watching plate-watchers.

I'd rather spend about 18 hours a week on average (that's 10% of my time) in the gym and have shyt to show for it than to be a non-natty broke boy whose life revolves around the coli.
