What powder should I use ? I’m fairly new to lifting only 6 months. I’m down 50 lbs tho
308- 257 as of last night. I used the generic powder this bytch had at her house unopened lol. I’m out now tho.

Q: Why do you even want a powder?

SN: A powder being "generic" doesn't make it any more or less effective than a "name brand" powder.

Who told you to do that? :mjlol:

Did you ever consult @The Butcher, who's known for daily squatting, how that might turn out? :francis:

This is why #PowderBoyz will never be a cohesive unit. :snoop:
I updated daily with my squat escapades and day 5? I mentioned my knees hurting and you mentioned I should be wearing knee sleeves so I did the final three days

To up my protein intake while I’m cutting. Generic as in idk anything about it. Didn’t even look at the brand because I had no part in selecting it.

Now that it’s my choice I decided to ask other black men for opinions.

You know you done fukked up, don't you? You know it, don't you? You know you done fukked up.

You initiated this plan and then told His Sageness @The Butcher?

Who even decided you could (physically) squat everyday? Were you doing high-impact cardio as well? Have you ever squatted everyday before? Did you even switch up the squat types?

Ah. Yeah the brand won’t matter a whole lot tbh, especially if it’s just a whey concentrate.

How much are you trying to cut and how much are you eating (macros)?

I honestly wouldn’t worry about supplements right now; introducing drinkable calories while cutting could slow your progress, especially as you don’t have much experience tracking macros, etc.

Breh i don’t have any experience with macros lol. I plan on doing 6 weeks at like 1400-1600 cals. Ok I’ll hold off on more powder during the cut and see how it goes. Good looking out.

This is kinda what I meant.

Let’s say for example your number is 1000 and you aim for 1400. You’re 400 over. Throw in some proton supplements in there, which range from like 110 to 1200 calories a serving, depending on the specific brand and type. Now you’re actually in a big caloric surplus instead if the deficit you need to be in for cutting.

Furthermore, the need to increase protein intake to slake muscle wasting during cutting is usually more pronounced in leaner individuals with less body fat from what I know; they don’t really have any significance source of fuel but to break down existing muscle tissue.

I would worry about getting rid of as much body fat as you want then reassessing what your next goal/plan is. It you’ve only lifted for 6 months (ever) there will be plenty of noob gains to go.

Cutting fat and building muscle simultaneously is possible but can be extremely difficult, especially if you don’t know how to manipulate your macros and training accordingly.

Lose the weight first then focus on brolic-ing out. :obama:
