What about all the rows?
What about squat fails?
What about @portcityplaya putting his bountiful plates of food on the safeties to enjoy inbetween sets?

1) Rows are in the same boat. If folks aren’t rowing into the J-hooks then :camby:.

2) Most squat fails aren’t intentional I would imagine, so you’re right, but that would be accidental damage.

3) Unless he’s repping in Pizza Planet Fitness, @portcityplaya ain’t eating in the gym, so that’s moot.

As for the J-hooks and rows, I see folks do it for bent-over rows in the rack because the safeties get in the way more.

I prefer Pendlay rows from the ground so I don't really have those problems. :hubie:

Non-stim pre-workouts (they're not #Powdas :ufdup:) are just glorified nitric oxide boosters. They won't really improve strength or focus, or athletic performance in general.

As 'the pump' is not indicative of any training or performance benchmarks, you're basically taking gym Viagra to make you feel fuller. :dame:


That said, some you could try are:

monday i had a vintage cardio circuit workout that takes me back to my prime boxing days...todays workout wasn't it...needed an inhaler in the middle of my warmup run..and i pulled something doing my calisthenics and abs routine...i got to pack and shyt tonight..i cant aggravate it even more....i gotta make it up later this week when im burning off thanksgiving food going to a boxing gym and getting some work in

What's your vintage cardio circuit?
