monday i had a vintage cardio circuit workout that takes me back to my prime boxing days...todays workout wasn't it...needed an inhaler in the middle of my warmup run..and i pulled something doing my calisthenics and abs routine...i got to pack and shyt tonight..i cant aggravate it even more....i gotta make it up later this week when im burning off thanksgiving food going to a boxing gym and getting some work in

Even if you’re not dripping the weight, rack pulling onto the safeties is still putting all of the stress of the weights onto two very narrow areas.
