Switched too low bar ~2 months back, which ain’t shyt in the barbell world so still honing in on form (pushing my ass straight up out of the hole
obligatory :dame: x the 1000
versus more of push hips forward/straighten ya knees). But god damn once I get the right form on all reps my squat going to shoot up like crazy.

The strength increase I experience on proper versus wrong form is insane. Proper form had me triple my TM with 1/2 left in the tank when I usually only do singles :pachaha:
