Do y'all take progress pics? Or just look at numbers?
Wouldn’t say it will improve fitness. It’s a Nutriton toolBoth. The scale and the measurements will be around the same, but my face will look more defined.
Is protein powder just for weightlifting? I mainly run and do pilates, but I am intrigued to try it if it will improve my overall fitness.

^This. I'll say it plainly: it won't improve fitness, and if Pilates is the extent of your resistance training I honestly wouldn't even bother.
It is simply a tool to increase your protein macros. If it's a weight gainer, it'll also increase your calories and carbs as well. It is no different than adding a can or so of tuna, or an extra piece of chicken.
Truly, the only benefit of proton supps is that it's often much easier (and sometimes more convenient) to drink something than it is to eat something.
Protons won't turn you into Captain Marvel, help you run longer, etc. An increase in overall dietary protein could improve body composition, but that's debatable and somewhat moot.
If you're not actively trying to build muscle, why would you want more protein? If you can't answer the underlined you definitely don't need it.
Excuse me for respecting your no progress pic and no tracking policy free to be a vani-teer!
Dap + Rep for the both of y’all.
I was truly curious because I follow an IG fitness trainer who promotes protein powders, but I wasn’t sure if it was truly needed for pilates.
I have some mild resistance (5-15lbs) but nothing extreme!

As a reward for my consistent and good work, polishing off healthy din din with a great sea salt caramel and chocolate ganache from Costco, never been a dessert woman but I'm sure glad I am now
