i am more than ready for thanksgiving...the menu is all set...fried turkey and bringing bean pie among other desserts

and thats why im a gym rat ...and why i need to bring my gym bag with me

my mom is like the ultimate judge when i touch down...she'll either say im too bulky, just right, stomach sticking out too much, or (rarely) are you eating?

left arm feels like slightly better....i might need to go find my arm brace just in case...when age creeps up on you, its unrelenting
