I stopped that deadlifting shyt after I slipped a disc back on the 4th of July weekend.Never doing stiff leg deadlifts again, slipped a disc and was in so much pain getting in and out the car home took at least 90min. Now i cant sit up straight, bend for anything and I'm moving gingerly. Still persevered to get that Morley's chicken though.
